As part of the local public education system, NCESD collaborates with school districts in Gilliam, Sherman, and Wheeler Counties to ensure students have equitable access to an excellent education. This includes support for school districts’ business functions. The goal of fiscal services is to support the mission and operations of the Tri-County schools by providing excellent stewardship of resources and facilitating transparency between schools and the public.
