NESD provides services to its constituent districts within Gilliam, Sherman, and Wheeler counties per ORS 334.175(2) – these include Technology Services, Administrative & Support Services, School Improvement Services, Programs for Children with Special Needs, EI/ECSE, and Instructional Support Services.
